Version: Mozilla Firefox 3
"One of us isn't ready yet."
Pros: It might be me, or it could be this release came to soon for my taste. Nothing I like as far as add ons work with this version. Not one theme, not my Lexmark toolbar, not even the splash screen. Don't get me wrong, I live Firefox but I'm gonna have to stay with 2.0.0.14 until more add one work with this version.
Cons: Hell! This even changed my IE icon to a Firefox icon. Nothing works with it yet. Uninstall & reinstall did not fix the issues. System restore didn't resolve my problem. I had to do an advanced uninstall with Revo, then reinstall the older version to get straight. Sorry, but to me, it's not time yet.

i agree and have tired to get old version back , to me they want you to pay for the browser and if you dont , no add ons etc can you use

it requuires still a lot of bug fixing. Mozilla sita says taht it will be -finally- corrected by mid december this year, however, we are still prompted to upgrade. Not a wise decision.

For this review & the comments towards it. You have apparently saved me some big time grief. To me, the best thing about Firefox is the add-ons. My favorite theme isn't available anymore anyway so I'll stick with v2.0.0.14 rather then go through what you have. Voted it helpful & thanks again!

Click on Start -> Run -> Type -> iexplore (it will open IE) -> Go to Tools ->Internet Options -> Click on Tab "Advanced" -> Click on "Make Default" & Tick the Checkbox for "Tell me if IE is not the default Web Browser" -> n Finally Click on OK. Everithing will be fine folks :)

My IE is broken with MS Outlook & Office products after I removed/deleted Firefox 3. Can't click to retrieve any web address in Outlook e-mail and Office Word. Maybe Mozilla Firefox is forcing me to re-install FIrefox 3.
Anybody can help me to fix Vista IE and/or MS Office? Thank you. Leo Tung (leotung@charter.net)

Not only did nothing seem to work correctly, I had the same problems getting my old version back. Uninstall, reinstall, System Restore neither worked and I had to go back two versions to get it to install and then do the updates until I got to the good, 2.0.0.14 version. Love Firefox but 3 will have to improve a lot before I give it another shot.
