    "My favorite browser"

    March 22, 2006  |   By i am josh

    Version: Mozilla Firefox (Mac) 1.5.0.1

    Pros

this is the browser i use on my pc. I have tried the new version of opera (which is almost equally as good) and avant which is cool too, dont even get me started on IE... eww IE. - Firefox is a very fast loading browser, very smooth interface with different skins and has tons of plug-ins for custimizing your browsing experience. I love this program. And how cool is the name "firefox" 8')

    Cons

Absolutely Nothing. If this doesnt work well for you try either AVANT or OPERA.

"Great bat could be better for macs"

    March 8, 2006  |   By adriel

    Version: Mozilla Firefox (Mac) 1.5.0.1

    Pros

Firefox is definitely one of the best browsers apart from opera for windows, but for macs you should really use Camino (uses the same reddening engine as firefox) or Shiira (which is based on Safari bat has all the fetchers that it misses) they are both only made for Macs so they run a lot better than firefox.

    Cons

Firefox is a bit slow on some macs i would sugest Shiira.

"Fantastic Browser, although having some flaws, I would recommend you to download"

    March 7, 2006  |   By SimonTomlinson

    Version: Mozilla Firefox (Mac) 1.5.0.1

    Pros

    - The speed and security of Firefox is currently second-to-none.

    - A full library of extensions to customise and make Firefox work better for you is available, and is alot more user friendly than Internet Explorer's Plugins.

    - Easy to download and install, has a similar interface to Internet Explorer 6 but works on the interface to make it more comfortable to the user.

    Cons

    - After a while of running, Firefox has a habit of using alot of system memory.

    - Internet Explorer 7, although still in Public Beta stage, seems to work better than Firefox in my humble opinion.

"Few flaws...but an always improving web browser Firefox"

    February 24, 2006  |   By xpvistafellamate

    Version: Mozilla Firefox (Mac) 1.5.0.1

    Pros

Firefox 1.5.0.1 is a minior improvement to the previous version of Firefox. But has made Firefox a better web browser. Although the improvements ain't apparent visually. Firefox has a dramatically improved stability and memory leaks. Firefox 1.5.0.1 web browser also patched a total of eight secuirty vulnerabilities. Firefox 1.5.0.1 web browser built-in pop-up blocker is better than Internet Explorer 7 beta 2 Preview for Windows XP Service Pack 2 and Internet Explorer 6 with Windows XP Service Pack 2 pop-up blocker. Tabbed browsing, integrated search and RSS features in Firefox 1.5.0.1 is more simple to use and user friendly than Netscape, Opera and Internet Explorer 7 beta 2 Preview for Windows XP Service Pack 2.

    Cons

Although anti-phishing extensions like Google Safe Browsing and SiteAdvisor are great. Anti-phishing is not built-in to Firefox 1.5.0.1 web browser.

    "Faster than Safari!!!"

    February 23, 2006  |   By TotalImmortal

    Version: Mozilla Firefox (Mac) 1.5.0.1

    Pros

Used the extension FasterFox to make FireFox the fastest browser I've used to date. Definatly look into tweaking the network settings to customize the browser, or let FasterFox do it all for you. I dont think you can find it on here and I'm not going to drop the link, do some homework and you wont be dissapointed. I promise.

    Cons

NOTHING! It's so fast it can really hurt web servers.
