I have had problems moving backed up items from one machine to another. It seems it adds more than is necessary.

It restored all my Firefox customizations and bookmarks from the PCV file on my external hard drive (D:) with no problem.
Cons
However, I had to copy my PCV for Thunderbird to my desktop B4 it would work.

Still, it does basically work like it's supposed to, and it's free. You can't beat free.
