    "I have for some time been able to download from your site."

    Pros

    You have plenty of good software yet I am now unable to download any of it

    Cons

    Despite many requests for help with downloading I am unable to download from it & no one seems to take the time to help me a Disabled Person with this .

    My Computer has been checked by a Technician - No Virus - No Spyware - Firewall either on or off makes no difference - I used to be able to use the site & download straight away but now it takes me to another site to download from,
