I am a NEWBIE !!!!---HUGE. Have no ideal about HTML stuff, thingy things. If you don't know stuff about this kinda of stuff---stay the freak away!
I can figure stuff out usually, not here. There is not "Help" nor anything of that matter. FAQs's--nope. Please stay away if'in ya don't know what HTML stuff is.

Not for the faint of heart - NOT for beginners - NOT easy to use - no tutorial, seems to have a very thorough help, but is not intuitive, and does not clearly explain things - it could definitley use a tutorial

This is a great starter. If your building a personal website I'm not sure this if for you, but it is a great program.
Cons
It is hard to get started unless you use one of there templates. Also, (maybe I just didn't figure it out) I wish you could load html files into it.

It's free and it seems it have lots of features.
Cons
Not for beginners. When I went to the help file, they assume you know how to use it or you can figure out how to use it. So there's not much help in there. I figured it will have some kind of tutorial but it does not. I check the web site and same story there. The only help you get is, it tell you want each button does and what each menu does.

A simple and easy to learn WYSIWYG html editor. Very good for beginner.
Cons
not 100% support Chinese big-5 characters. If you, for example, add a menu button with Chinese characters, at first you find it works. However after you saved it and then reload it, you will receive an error message that there are something wrong with your html codes. The page won't load. So, at last, I've to output all pages in 100% English and then edit those pages in another editor that support big-5 coding.

Wow, this software is incredible! I've used FrontPage, Dreamweaver and most others in between and MoreMotion is simply the best. It's way less complicated than Dreamweaver though you can design an incredibly detailed website (or a basic one depending on the your needs). The interface is intuitive with little instruction needed to get going. Folks, I'd rate MoreMortion Web Express in the top 5 of any software I've ever downloaded, it's that good, absolutely outstanding!!!

It's free, which is always good and seems to have a lot of features.
Cons
It's not something that you could just install and use without some serious manual reading or clicking on every little button to work out what is going on.

Pros
Clean interface - I was able to get up-and-running in very little time. It does a good job of being simple enough for a beginner and powerful enough for a novice. And it is FREE.
Cons
Only two (2) sample templates are provided (personal site and company site) - I would've liked to have more. I'm still learning and playing with it (haven't published) but so far nothing to complain about.
