MonkeyTeX is a fully functional online typesetting system using the pdfeTeX (a variant of pdfTeX) software package. Using MonkeyTeX, you can typeset and view TeX/LaTeX documents just as you could on your personal computer. However, since MonkeyTeX lives on the Web, you can easily access your documents from anywhere in the world and collaborate with friends, partners, colleagues, and co-workers.
By popular demand, you can now discuss collaborated documents in a private forum, save a copy of your documents to your local machine, search within a document, and view and search public documents. Also, BibTeX, image capabilities, template and style files have been added.

"I was amazed!"
Its free and it works! Extremely simple and intuitive layout. No fat downloads.
Doesn't work on Safari, they say they have issues with Internet Explorer.
Signing up took 5 seconds, I didn't even have to go through annoying verifications.
1) Click button to create a file.
2) Write my TeX, even highlights syntax to make it easy for me to read (unlike some editors out there).
3) Click second button to automatically save and create a PDF. Click third button on the left to open and view my PDF. Then I'm done!
There are some bugs though, it didn't work on the latest version of Safari, worked fine on FireFox. Because it's free though, I'm not going to complain and give this 5 stars.
This is what I've been always looking for. I'm going to actually donate some money to that PayPal icon at the bottom.
