"Wow, the best phone tool I have ever seen!"

Pros
Excellent support of my Sony Ericsson W880:
Sync contacts with Thunderbird (and a lot of other PIMs which I have not tested) ,
Sync playlists with iTunes,
a really easy to use interface,
many features, just an excellent software.
And does work with my old Razr V3i as well.
Cons
The notes (in the phone) seems not to be supported
