    "Subsciption Service and Sofware not Unlocked for 3 hours"

    Summary

    The initial installation with the software was not able to work for me using the code that was given. I had to place a call to them to get the software to work. I bought this with the impression that it was to be a free TV service on my Q. I was wrong I did not read the fine print. Once working the software was not great very slow and jittery not a great deal. Save your money
