"DO NOT USE: Replaced my data with bad data & Zero response from Tech Support"
Summary: DO NOT BUY!
I have a copy of the email that was sent to tech support to verify all claims I make here. They do not have a US phone number to call.
I found this software for an engineering firm to keep a realtime copy of their electronic library and then have a scheduled backup. My client paid for this program because it appeared to be what they wanted. They called the next day and almost every file and folder that this program copied had been corrupted and the name had been changed. Fortunately they had a full copy to work from. I sent a detailed report including screenshots to their support. We never heard a word and they never were refunded their money.
