Mirror Magic is a puzzle game that's harder than it looks. Although it seems to be marketed toward children, we found it to be quite challenging.

The premise of the game is that Grendoline, a beautiful woman who is bitter about her aging face, has locked a bunch of townsfolk into mirrors. Our heroine, Iris, has to free everyone by solving a series of puzzles. Each puzzle consists of two seemingly identical images with five subtle differences. Users have to identify all of the differences before time runs out. As users move through different locations in the village, complications are added to each of the puzzles, making them even harder to solve. The nice thing about this game is that the gameplay is quite simple and thus suitable for people of all ages; it's the user's attention to detail that is really tested. Mirror Magic's graphics and interface are quite nice. There's not much in the way of animation--Iris appears throughout the program with the same goofy look on her face--but visually the program is of pretty good quality. Gameplay is extremely intuitive and plenty of instructions are provided. The game's music and sound effects were pleasant and added to the experience.

Mirror Magic has a 60-minute trial period, which is enough time to get acquainted with it. It installs and uninstalls without issues. We recommend this program to all users, although very young kids may get frustrated with the difficulty of some of the puzzles.

From RealArcade :

Mirror, mirror on the wall, what's the most magic game of all? Mirror Magic. The vain Grendoline has magically locked the villagers up in mirrors. Help Iris to set her family and her village free.
