"Actually zero star, A Piece of junk media player"
Version: Miro 6.0
may be useful if your primary method of obtaining media files is downloading from the Internet.
1) It can't handle multi-disc CDs.
If you have 3 CD sets that share the same album title (which is supposed to be), songs will be sorted and played,
It doesn't matter if tag has disk number or not, since miro doesn't read it so it always sort and play this way. Effectively, it ruins your music library if you have plenty multi-disc CD sets.
2) Lacking organizing method.
3) Lacking Tag awareness, edit ability
4) Slow, slow, slow, and slow!
There is a reason why user rating is much lower than CNET review. They shouldn't have given good review just because it's a free software and have some cool futures (which other application can do more effectively). Miro is seriously lacking basic functionality, yet having tons of bloated, slow, not so intuitive features. Developers should focus on more basic functionality, then add cool stuff. At least, media player ability should be on par with iTunes, otherwise, it's useless to most people.
