Version: Mindjet MindManager 8.0
"Submediocre"
Pros: Ribbon interface
Cons: - Unbelievably slow at startup & with large maps
Summary: Freeware mind-mapping programs such as FreeMind and IHMC CmapTools are a lot more efficient at doing what they're supposed to, and are also faster and more stable than this bloated sluggish corporate scam.
- The Word-like "styles" are a joke and practicably unusable
- Very difficult to zoom in/out when editing large maps
- Handling of pasted items is amateurish to say the least
- Defective Export feature
