"The text talks about Works 8 NOT Works 9.0"
Pros
I'm not sure what to say because in the 'About' for my Works it says that it is version 9.7.613 and that to me means it is more up-to-date than Works 9.0
Cons
I've got version 9.7.613 so why would I want version 9.0 that is referred to in the text of this review as version 8
Summary
CNET needs to clarify what is being reviewed and update Techtracker to recognise that according to this so far my version is newer

Try reporting this to TechTracker; BUT dont anticipate a reply.
I've consistently reported similar TechTracker errors when the they indicate either wrong software version or wrong status ie: installed when not, or vise versa).
My only reply included the remark "The process of identifying your software is tricky - not all software developers take all the necessary steps to clearly "show" which version they have released within their software. Visually, you can see what version you are running. However, our process of recognizing software relies upon the internal information a software company provides in their code.
For myself, TechTracker is only reporting on 28 of my 68 installed software items. Clearly, it only reports on (some) OEM stuff + CNET (only) downloads. Suggest you ditch TechTracker since it just aint good enough.
The V8.0 for V9.0 is a text error. Write to CNET (not the TechTracker team) they will correct it. I know, I've already done the same thing. Good Luck.
