Just installed XP on my machine. Sidewinder GamePad 'Z' button is not recognized by Fifa when updating controls. WIndows XP detection is however fine.

I have used this program for other windows operating systems, 95, 95se, 98, 98se, me, and 2000, and it really worked wonderfully for those systems, for games like doom, all the sierra games, activision, etc... just to name a few, but then not to long ago, computer companies decided that they are not going to be installing game ports into computers anymore, because of the population of usb game pads. And since Bill Gates, and the microsoft team, didn't make Windows in the first place (stolen from steve jobs), they have no idea how to make a game controller for windows xp. Now that the game ports are gone, xp really needs a game controller for it's usb game pads, for what they call a game controller (in control panel), only supports an 1/32nd of the games out there, that in other words is thousands of games that you can't play. You would think that game manufactures would have a fit, but they don't, because they really don't give a s---, their still making their dough, by not telling you if the game will work with usb gamepads. Most games just tell you it needs a gamepad, not wheather it's compatible with one or the other, so naturally you buy it, guessing that it's compatible with one or the other, and therefore they have just made their money, and didn't have to give a ---- about what B.G. and his team know. (S.J. stole windows too, from I.B.M.) So if you really want a game controller for win/xp, you might try e-mailing IBM!!! Some hackers go to prison, while others make millions. Bottom line here is IF YOU USE WINDOWS XP DO NOT DOWNLOAD/USE THIS PROGRAM, it will not work in regular mode or compatibility mode. It just flat out, DOES NOT WORK FOR WIN/XP. P.S. I do recommend this product for all other win users especially window versions 95, 95se, 98, and 98se, it does wonders for them, and all the games out there.

I never bought a microsoft hardware, because they don't up-grade their products.

I just installed this software, and it works just perfect on my 1.4ghz.p3 computer. No probs so far, and the forcefeed back really kicks in my Starlancer game.
