Download says it is 2.9 Mb but it is only 3,002 Kb. This is only an update not the full program. Don't waste your time trying to download this.

Pros
Besides enabling me to print on evelopes and other such materials, the ablity to print page by page of the number of the copies of my job makes mannual paper feeding very easy as compared 2007 which prints booklet per booklet.
Cons
I stil find it without disadvantages to my side.

The download file is an update for those who already have publisher.
Summary
Do not download unless you need the update. It is not the program itself. I guess Scribus is the next best alternative (freeware) but still is not 100% compatible with transferring MS publisher files.
