Summary
I actually downloaded this monster of a Service Pack (15MB)only to be told it needs the path location of SP1 before proceeding with the installation. So now I need to download an additional 17MB of obsolete SP1 before proceeding with the installation. Thanks Microsoft. I hope you're not planning another bloatware in the form of SP3!!!

Prior to installing Office XP SP-2, everything on my laptop worked fine. After the install Outlook began acting strange. It will open fine and run for awhile. After a few minutes, the mouse pointer, when passed over the open instance of Outlook, goes to an hour-glass for no reason and then the program stops responding and asks to send an error report to MS. I reimaged my machine a few days ago to the pre SP2 configuration and this did not happen. Reapplying SP2 caused this issue to resurface. Any suggestions from anyone?

as i installed the sp-2 update it asked me for a file from microsoft outlook 2002 disk howver i dont have this disk because i bought the office xp professional subscription and i cant find support for this
