"Feels Like There Should Be More"

Ability to access the four main programs needed for all-around use.
Cons
All of the programs have limited functionality
Summary
The Office Live Workspace has changed so much. Feels like they come close to a good thing now and then but something is always missing.

Eliminates all that file sharing by email for projects with people scattered over several states.
Cons
A little slow sometimes, but with all the time you save it isn't much of an issue.
Summary
I can't imagine why anyone would not benefit if they have project files and need to share. Even people who are not very computer savvy can find their way around the workspace and collaborate on projects.

It was offered as an optional update via Windows Update.
Cons
I open MS Word, and the introduction to the Office Live Workspace appears. I signed up and made sure the don't show again checkbox was checked. When I closed Word and opened it again, the intro opened again.

Pros
This is an excellent service, you don't have to download anything to use it. It easily handles large files, zip files for transferring, I use it in my business and find it works excellent. Some file extensions are not recognized but they can be uploaded and downloaded regardless.
Cons
If you are a dedicated Firefox user or any other browser other than I.E. you can only upload one file at a time. It is much easier to use with I.E.

Access from anywhere = win.
Easy backup = win.
Cons
improvement needed.
Would rather be able to save both to local computer & office live in one swift save. As far as I know the Beta doesn't have that option (or I couldn't find it). Add that and we have a winner.
