    "Work fine for me"

    Pros

    Work seamlessly as expected
    Provide transparency around various format of Word over the years.

    Cons

    Not always succesfull in the transition. Some editing needed a couple of time so far.

    Summary

    OK and needed to manage all those different format from MS. Other Office tools have this respect of consistency in the format, which makes them more flexible to user around the world.
