Version: Microsoft Office Accounting Express 2008
"Terrible! NOT FREE. Microsoft scam"
Cons: M.O.A.E. is NOT a free program and CNETshould not be listing it as having "no limitations". The program is a 6 month FREE TRIAL and then $9.95 per month. A covert rip-off and very lengthy time consuming download. Shame on Microsoft for using such sly, unscrupulous tactics.

Office Accounting Express is completely free, no strings attached. But if you want to sign up for add on services like eBay integration, payroll or credit card processing, then yes, you have to pay a monthly fee. But that strikes me as reasonable.
