Possible leads for my accounting business
Multiple e-mail attempts to get clarification on the terms of using Mineeds have gone unanswered and poor customer service seems a common complaint. Do they really think I should spend money on service like that?
1. Terrible customer service. Utter refusal to respond to emails
2. You can't cancel the subscription "at any time" and need to send an email request.
3. Contact information is very difficult to find.
4. Won't work with you if they don't deliver.
5. Excuses, vague answers, and no resolution.
I had many concerns with my account that were never addressed. Any answered emails, if they were answered, were vague and unhelpful. Their website has no telephone number for customer assistance. You have to go on an extensive hunt to find the thing! It's obvious that they've changed their number many times since many lines are disconnected.
I tried everything possible to work with this company to resolve the issues I was experiencing. However, they refused to answer my emails. This company obviously does not care about customer service and writes you up as a loss if you ask for a refund. I'm incredibly disappointed and still waiting for a resolution!
Terrible company. Go elsewhere!
I just landed a $2300 wedding job and a $200 head shot gig in my first month of service! The head shot gig alone paid for my service. I signed up to get 10 leads through out the month. The wedding leads were 20$ and then general photo leads were 10$.
You don't always get a phone number with the leads. The picture uploader is a bit dated
The main reason why I hesitated to sign up with Mineeds was because of the bad reviews. I just wanted to post this because I was so happy with the service, and I am really glad I signed up
The customers were real, and their customer support will comp you leads when you get fishers. No contract, just let like netflix you just cancel when you are done using the site.
not all of the leads have phone numbers, the leads go to 2-3 other providers instead of being exclusive
I am currently unsubscribed after using the service for about 3 months. The service was great since I got myself booked out for almost a year (not all from MiNeeds). It would be nice if it was a bit cheaper but overall worth it as long as you attack the leads when they come to you.
I have a good experience with MN
I signed up for MiNeeds a couple of months ago, and I've already booked 3 new clients. The key is that when you get the lead, you need to call right away. Ever since I started doing this, I was booking more jobs because people like being contacted right away, it shows you're serious and want the job. I've used other services like Thumbtack, but never got the return the same way I do with MiNeeds. Definitely worth a try!
Definitely worth a try!
so far, good experience
I've been using them for the last year, and have booked quite a few quality jobs from it! They made some upgrades to their system last Spring that drastically enhanced the quality of the site. You cannot bid for free, you must pay a monthly membership fee, and based on what package you select, you get so many bids per month. I get immediate text, phone and email notifications of new jobs, and it's easy to bid quickly from my phone. I've used Thumbtack and Service Magic, and I've NEVER gotten a response from all the quotes I sent. Just my two cents, but I think you should give it a try. As for customer service, try their support line, they always pick up and are super helpful. 206.234.8313
I don't waste any time contacting the leads right away though, I'm
aggressive that way.
I am posting this to reach out to any unhappy MiNeeds customers. We are able to help you with any issue you are having over the phone or through email. You can opt-out of receiving emails or unsubscribe from our paid subscription at any time by contacting our Customer Support department. We have over 5,000 affiliate websites where you are able to request emails from MiNeeds, so it is easy to start receiving our emails because of how much we advertise. We can absolutely guarantee that you will stop receiving marketing emails from us by calling or emailing our Customer Support Center. When you create a service profile as a paid or unpaid member the leads that we send out are real customers that have come to our site and posted their request for service.
It is unfortunate that the small handful of customers that have a bad experience are quick to post comments like these instead of contacting our customer support department via email or phone. The fact is that people are much more likely to post a review following a bad experience than a good one.
We are happy to hear from you, and would be happy to resolve any problems you have with MiNeeds. Our offices are open Monday-Friday, 6am - 6pm PST.

I have sent emails to your CSR's, but have never gotten any replies. Others have done the same. Your proffers of support seem to lack any real world legitimacy although you seem to think otherwise.

too many marketing emails
I usually try to avoid these blogs but decided to share my experience so far...at first I was overwhelmed by the "marketing emails". I called to complain about this and in the process ended up subscribing to a paid membership! I've only been able to book 1 job so far (this is a little low for me) but I've only agreed to 5 leads a month so I guess you get what you pay for. I've just started my second month membership and plan on increasing the lead volume so I can talk to more customers this time.
None, unless you like being annoyed.
I never signed up for their service and mysteriously started receiving email leads for a service we don't even offer in a state we're not located in. I got them to delete one account and then I started getting emails at another email address. Now they will not return my emails or remove me from their list. So, I just blocked them. I never paid them anything, which I am glad about. But, I feel for those who did pay them, as this has happened to me with another company.
Don't waste your time. I can see from the other reviews they are simply taking people's money without giving them anything in return. There is a name for this, it's called criminal activity.
None I have seen.
This scheme. No leads after a month. Did more than just show up. Write several articles, which it appeared were fairly widely read, but produced zero results or comments.
Sounds like a good idea, but produces bupkus for results. Save your time and money for something that works.
