My experience with this software has been great.
Fast installation and a user friendly interface. It definitely exceeded my expectations. At first I thought it was one of those clunky tests where you add up the scores yourself (and peek at the results in advance). But I was pleasantly surprised. As soon as I answered the questions I was given the results instantly with an informative evaluation and some recommendations to guide you to further progress.
I recommend this software to anyone in project management

I like the simplicity, and the genuinity of the questions. The complete set downloadable from the company website is worth looking at.
The assessments are not too thorough but they give a good initial assessment.
Cons
a bit more thoroughness in the analysis, as well as more questions could add more value to the user.
