"Terrible program support"

Pros
when it works fine, but I keep getting a runtime error when I tried to reinstall on my XP SP2 machine. I contacted their tech support and got very little to no helpful info at all.
Cons
runtime error in windows xpsp2 when trying to run or use, even after reinstallation of both, the program itself and windows xpsp2.
Summary
It use to work okay, but when I upgraded from the original version to the 1st udated version, my problems started. I keep getting a runtime error alert, no matter what. So, after that and no support, I uninstalled and went to another memory management program with solid results.

It may work for some??? I like what seen but YOU need to read the con I worte

I fill it somewhat work but as time went by my PC got slower and slower---- SO slow that I had to remove it
