"Seems to work fine - but takes a while to complete"
Version: Memory Diagnostic 1
Pros

Cons
none that I am aware of

"Does its job"
Version: Memory Diagnostic 1
Pros
Couldn't be simpler. You can go to sleep and let it run all night. I've used it twice and it found bad memory and said that good memory was good (unlike Dell tech support who told the person that they needed new memory because of a software message.)
Cons
There's not much bad to say about a program that works flawlessly.
Summary
Reliable, burns CD's instead of floppies like memtest. Does the job. Old school product, spinning slashes and vertical lines let you know it's working. impressive array of tests.

"I don't know how to load it"
Version: Memory Diagnostic 1
Pros
good reviews
Cons
I don't know what to do after I received the RAR files
Summary
of no use to me until I can load it on a floppy or other media
after reading the other reviews, I see I should just delete Memtest86+ and start all over.

"It works - I guess"
Version: Memory Diagnostic 1
Pros
Very simple. No response indicates memory is OK.
Cons
I don't think absence of a sign is good programming practise. There should be a positive indication that all is well.

"There are better programs"
Version: Memory Diagnostic 1
Cons
The only indication that Memory Diagnostic gave me that I had a bad stick of RAM (determined later using MemTest), was that Memory Diagnostic hung every time I used it.
