    "Excellent program!!!"

    May 10, 2012  |   By luisffoliveira

    Version: MemTurbo 4.1

    Pros

It really does its job recovering memory

    Cons

    None so far

    Summary

I have 32 bit Windows 7 installed in an updated and fast computer. Some people say that Windows 7 manages RAM properly without any help but that's not true. I have a few heavy programs installed and a while after using the computer his fast RAM cards were becoming more and more sluggish. I tried some free memory optimizers but the result was very poor. Then I read CNET's review on MemTurbo and took the risk of buying without testing it. It was a good choice because the program really does its job. It's easy to use, the "Optimize" option takes very little time and provides a good result and the "Deep scrub" option doesn't take too long and provides an excellent memory boost when RAM is really down. Another user said it's sometimes slow to load when Windows starts but that's related to the programs queue that load after Windows. MemTurbo is a good, decent and cheap solution for those in need with slow RAM. However if a computer has little installed it doesn't need MemTurbo, it needs its owner to buy more RAM. It does its job in my computer and I'm sure it'll do the same in other people's computers.

    "Waste of space!"

    January 17, 2012  |   By satyr

    Version: MemTurbo 4.1

    Pros

    There are no Pros.

    Cons

Cons? Everything! Memory Cleaners are useless programs, and they even expect you to pay for it? :( Listen folks, you DON'T need a special program to "free" memory, Windows does that perfectly well. And after all, so-called unused RAM (because it's not, see below) is wasted RAM, Jesus! And the part that isn't "actively" used by programs is used as a file-cache (and that's GOOD!), so cleaning/freeing that up is BAD for computer performance!

    Summary

Remember: RAM is there to be used! And again, Windows engineers know better than some XY programer how memory management should work!

    October 19, 2010  |   By missme1x

    Version: MemTurbo 4.1

    Pros

There was quicker response from programs.

    Cons

I froze my computer when I was downloading software from internet and opening up a media program on my computer. Both were large in size but I had the option set for it free up RAM when it got to a high usage point.

"Worked great on my 2GB OF RAM Windows 7 pc"

    August 24, 2010  |   By chainedmonkeys17

    Version: MemTurbo 4.1

    Pros

I had a similar program on an older computer, after adding add-ons to chrome and playing games shortly after shutdown I was noticing some slowdown. Installed this program to speed up the memory transition and it worked like a charm.

    Cons

    15 day trial

    Summary

Worked exactly how I expected, I haven't tried any advanced features, but suited my needs perfectly. Highly recommended despite the 15 day trial.
