Pros: The wizard worked great - and got all of my playlists and photos off of my iTouch and back onto my computer !

"iPhone and iPod Touch NOT fully supported"
Cons: The company's web site says at the bottom:
* iPhone and iPod Touch are now supported for iPod to computer transfers only
ie, you can't transfer any music from your PC to the iPhone or iPod Touch! Which is the main thing I wanted to do.

"Couldn't get it to recognize my ipod"
Pros: Nothing to like since I couldn't configure my ipod successfully.
Cons: It's obvious what i didn't like. This program stinks if it doesn't work.
