  Pros

  This product is easy to use with step by step directions that tell you exactly what to do. It quickly and easily re-integrates my ipod back into a my itunes library without me doing anything more than clicking the mouse a few times.

  Cons

  None that i know of.

  "this company is a scam"

  Pros

  no pros. the misleading way the company does business is not worth the hassle. program not that good.

  Cons

  the entire website is designed to scam you into on going unnecessary subscriptions without telling you and signing you up for other services that charge your credit card. program is not worth the hassle.

  Summary

  don't get scammed by this company. the program is not worth it. watch for hidden opt out subscription traps and later charges to your credit card.

  "DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!"

  NONE WHATSOEVER

  Cons

  This product absolutely would not work. I simply got a message "itunes rejected the call, retrying in 5 seconds" OVER AN OVER AGAIN FOR HOURS. I have tried sending them several emails over the last two weeks with no response whatsoever. This company is a scam!

  "Easiest way to move Itunes to new computer"

  Pros

  Very user friendly
  Complete.....transfers all the playlists

  Cons

  Media Widget saved me twice in the last year. My computer crashed last Dec. and I about lost my mind trying to move Itunes to the new computer. For some reason, apple has not provided an easy way to move Itunes and the playlists to a new computer. I've used Media Widget twice now to do this after two computer crashes. It was super easy and did an excellent job of transferring all the data.

  "Does everything plus more"

  Pros

  Easy install. Found both of my ipods (shuffle AND ipod touch). Able to add or remove single songs as well as large batches. Backs up your ipod to pc.

  Cons

  It does not give you the total playlist length of time like itunes (ie: 3 days, 4 hours...etc)

  Summary

  Nice tool, would recommend it to everyone for transferring tracks from their iPod.

  "NEVER WORKED - NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT WHATSOEVER"

  NO PROS. I COULD NOT GET THE SOFTWARE TO WORK. I TRIED REPEATEDLY TO GET SOMEONE TO RESPOND TO MY QUESTIONS, BUT NEVER HAD ANY RESPONSES.

  Cons

  THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS A CON. I WISH I HAD USED A CREDIT CARD INSTEAD OF A DEBIT CARD SO I WOULD HAVE MORE RECOURSE. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD BUYING SOFTWARE EVER.

  Summary

  PLEASE FIND ANOTHER OPTION. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL.
