"Very flexible and compatible; best at organizing music"
Pros: Wide device support.
Awesome tag/organizing features.
Auto playlists
Script/skin support
Small memory/resource usageCons: Support for Palm Pre playlists (which emulate iPhone) took 5 months... Other typical devices that use standard MTP mode (e.g. iRiver Clix 2 and HP120) always worked fine.
Summary: Has been worth every cent for the Lifetime Gold membership.
Supports pretty much every music device and audio formats (v3.2 now supports playlists for Palm Pre, also adds support for Android and some Win7 bugs).

Pros: None, see cons
Cons: Tried compatibility mode, tried running as an administrator and it just would not run. I have used the software on previous versions of Windows and its awesome, but it kept giving runtime errors and then shutting down on Windows 7
Summary: zero functionality in Windows 7, easy usability in previous versions. read more

Pros: When it worked it was great. i have a library of over 115,000 songs and it worked like a charm...
Cons: ...Unitl it didn't. Suddenly, anytime i tried to play a song, the screen went all pale and a dialog box appeared to tell me it wasn't working. Fine. Unfortunately there is NO support for this product. I've begged and pleaded for help. nada
Summary: If they would please respond to my cries for help i would rank this very highly. With a byzantine method for asking for support and then no response, i can only recommend using another product. If you want to use the free version, you should, but do... read more
