"Not user friendly, need step by step instr for Noob"

I have used open source products before and like most of them. Also have a Nokia Internet tablet that runs Linux, however this program doesn't explain how to copy dvd's to hard drive. All I get is error codes.
Summary
A help manual would be nice. Also a step by step Noob file would be nice as well.

Installed and uninstalled OK.
Cons
Failed at every attempt to convert any media and crashed every time. Wasted my time. Nothing special about my setup that would account for this. This is an unfinished product not worthy on even a beta designation. Look elsewhere for a solution.

Pros
It has variety of formats it can convert to. Plugins showing how it will look like on PSP, PDA etc. I tried to convert to some formats, but it did not work for me.
Cons
Clicking on icon will not open program, but will take you to their webpage. After 1-2 min actual program will open. I have never seen such before.
It is not easy to navigate, some output customization available.
