Version: Media Resizer Pro 2.38
"Don't get ripped off buy software that only does half the job!"
Pros: The software does a great image output. Absolutely nothing to criticise on that.
Cons: It does not save the "Settings" 100%! (only about 20% of your settings are saved.....recalling a batch image setting....you have to re-input most of your settings again!)
The sellers don't give a damn about customer service. That's RUSSIA for you! Just cash in and never bother with sorting the complaints.
This software was supposed to be updaten from 2.38 to 2.39 in Augaust of 2004!!!!
It's september 2005 and STILL nothing has happened.....these people have no intention of correcting the problems with this software.
My summary : Steer CLEAR of this EXPENSIVE & INADEQUATE software.
You will regret every $ you spend on this!
Especially when you start finding the NUMEROUS BUGS!!!!!
Customer service is a foreign word for these guys. Although they make out to have won loads of awards....I personally think it's defrauding the way they just ignore your complaints.
If you want to throw your money away, then send it to me. I will gladly help people in need, rather than have you throw your money down the throats of rip off merchants.
