Version: Media Resizer Pro 2.38
"Do NOT be fooled!"
Pros: Works nice, looks nice but read the CON.
Cons: If you want to re-install the OS on your PC or transfer this program to your new pc, the registration code they sent you will NOT work! It states "you can only load this on one PC". Basically this is a ONE-TIME USE application. I've contacted the company 3 times since January 2005 and have never received an email back, if you do a whois on their domain name, it's from RUSSIA. Trust me, this is one time you want to buy AMERICAN!

But they have excellent product support and they send you or have a process to re-aquire a new license so that you can install again. I have a wonderful experience with 602 Software. They have designed the process(it is a little cumbersome but works) where you can acquire a new license by deactivating the previous one in their site and then you receive a new one by email. Great product and CS!!! I have had to do that several times due to crashes or re-installation of teh original software...
Good advise. I was thinking about buying, but NO thanks!!!!

HI Mark, I seem to be having the same problem. I just reloaded the software and my registration is no longer valid. The mediaresize website doesn't have a contact number where I can get customer support. When I email, I get no response. This is incredible bad customer service.
Any suggestions???

Yep.....I totally agree.
I bought this software THREE YEARS ago.
It has NUMEROUS functions that are great...but also has the same amount of MALFUNCTIONS!
Contact : Yeah....three years ago they wrote to me saying "We will be updating in the next few months".
Sure.......that's now 36 Months ago!!!!!
- Don't get ripped off by these people.
- You will receive nothing but a BILL.
- No Support
- Software that doesn't work properly.
- version classed as a "PRO VERSION".....more like a "POOR" version.
- You can not retrieve your money.
- You will NEVER recieve an update...although these are free of charge to customers...(if only they ever updated)
Overall comment : RIPP OFF MERCHANTS WITH NO CUSTOMER INTEREST!
THEY ONLY ADVERTISE WITH BIG WORDS AND TAKE BIG MONEY AND GIVE NOTHING IN RETURN

The software is great to work with.....but saving THEMES does only HALF the job!
If you want to re-thumb images in a saved pattern...be in for a surprise. You have to reset loads of things that were not saved with the "save settings".
Customer Service? Forget it! Your fingers will be sore from typing! No reply. No reply. No reply.
They are fast at taking your money.......but don't give a damn about your satisfaction.
Clearly spoken : This software SUCKS!
Don't be ripped off by AMATEUR software that is promoted as "Professional Software".
I can only speak of disappointment!
