"great but had problems unanswered"
Pros: fantastic inter face
Cons: couldn't get it to conclude my task,and support responce was non existent, 'album web pro'by photo actions was better with fantastic support

Version: Media Resizer Pro 2.35
Pros: This software has an unbelievably easy to understand interface and I was using it like an expert within minutes!!! an excellent powerful tool!!Saves hours of work all with the click of one button.A definite Must buy. I don't understand why others are having a bad time with it!!
Cons: Renaming the files was a bit confusing to start off, but after 5 minutes of experimenting it was a peice of cake. I couldnt get it to work on another language version of XP but it worked fine on my english version. It also came up with an error during instalation. But it doesnt seem to affect the program at all.

"THE ONLY SERVICE YOU WILL GET HERE IS YOUR CREDIT CARD BILL!"
Pros: Still trying to find the good things.....more annoyed about that bad things to see the good things
Cons: The software has some VERY good graphic processing. The image results are out of this world
This software has NO menu to open saved presets. You have to close it everytime and restart.
The saved presets only saves HALF of the information that should be saved. So if you relaod a preset, you have to do loads of alterations again!
The communication to the website owners....forget it. You will not hear a thing!
I managed to get ONE e-Mail promising that version 2.38 will be updated witin two weeks. Yeah right....that was 4 months ago.
All in all.....if you want good imaging, then this is okay.
If you want a software with NO bugs, then DON'T BOTHER!
You will pay 80$ for a so called "PROFESSIONAL" version, which should really be called "BETA" version!
Rip off merchants with no service structure.

Pros: Works nice, looks nice but read the CON.
Cons: If you want to re-install the OS on your PC or transfer this program to your new pc, the registration code they sent you will NOT work! It states "you can only load this on one PC". Basically this is a ONE-TIME USE application. I've contacted the company 3 times since January 2005 and have never received an email back, if you do a whois on their domain name, it's from RUSSIA. Trust me, this is one time you want to buy AMERICAN!

"I did not find this tool to be beneficial to any of my photo projects."
Cons: Because this was a trail version many of the programs features were unusable. Just by knowing that certain features of a software exist is not
the same as actually using those features and experiencing a completed project; only then can you make an intelligent decision to purchase or NOT..
