  "Works perfectly and IS FREE"

  Pros

  Options for DXVA and the option to set audio output during install in this version are a huge improvement.

  Cons

  The previous reviewer has given a review for the wrong product. This pack is free, with no nagging to buy or donate.

  Summary

  The pack is really easy to install compared with others. There is an easy install option where the codec settings and file associations are pre-set. There is also a detailed install option with options to select or unselect codecs and file associations, then, after install options are shown for DXVA as previously mentioned and audio output.
  The pack scanned as clean in NOD32 and there was no warning or alert from smart filter.

  "screwed me up"

  "Media Player Codec Pack Solved PowerPoint 2010 Problem"

  Pros

  Quick installation was able to solve a problem I had been having for days with PowerPoint not responding smoothly to embedded videos. Installed and smooth as silk presentation flow!
