Version: MediSpell Medical Spell Checker with Free Online Medical Speller 10.0
"worked better than i expected"
Pros: Was very easy to use and spelled all the medical words I needed perfectly.
Cons: I wish it was free. I don't like to pay for things.
Summary: I need a medical speller because I'm a transcriptionist. Looking up medical words was driving me crazy and slowing me down. With MediSpell, all the words are there for me. It is saving me hours of work.

"Great program and cost isn't bad either!"
Pros: I tested a few of these spellchecking programs and for the price under $30 it was a no brainer. I liked the fact that I was able to use the same button that msoffice uses.
Cons: I've been using the spellchecker for a few months now and no cons from what I can see so far. I did have a problem at the beginning when I lost my cd but their support department shipped me a new one as soon as I contacted them. That was helpful.

"Works really easy. Helpful with my transcription."
Pros: Once installed I only had to click the speller button. That made it simple. I liked how many medical words it helped me spell.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. I'm very happy.
Summary: It was everything it advertised itself to be. I only wish I would have found it sooner. Some of the spellers I tried were useless. It makes my transcription so much easier and faster. It knew every medical word I tried to spell.
