"Software not very useful for usb drive diagnosis"

Pros
Software can find drives
Cons
Software can not solve drive access problems, no formatting capability or diagnoses/solutions.
Summary
Not a very useful program plus it runs in background.Software did not solve problem wiht usb drive not being recognized and assigned a drive letter.
