"Adds much needed functionality to Mac Track pad...But"
Version: MaxiMice 1.0.1
Pros
Great to scroll through web pages in Safari quickly.
Cons
However, it only works in Safari. It doesn't work in any Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, Sea Monkey, Netscape, iTunes. Wish it worked in more apps.

Scrolling works great Safari. Only complaint is that modifier-key scrolling doesn't appear to work on the native safari RSS pages.
Thank you programmer...or *programmesse* -

"Works fine with Tiger!"
Version: MaxiMice 1.0.1
Summary

The developer responded right away to my inquiry yesterday about Tiger compatibility that his testing showed no problems with MaxiMice in OS 10.4. I don't use Firefox so I can't talk to that issue, but MaxiMice is behaving flawlessly so far for me. Once you get used to edge scrolling it would have been tough to give it up! -
"HAS been great, but doesn't work with newer apps?"

Long time user, can't live without it, but has no effect on two newer apps, ie: NetNewsWire or Firefox. Are those apps Carbonish?
emailed developer about this, never heard back. -
"Scrollability functionality for OS X!!"

It was nice of Edenware to recommend this software and provide a link to it. I have missed Scrollability since moving to OS X and it is great having its functionality back. No problems at all with MaxiMice and the developers are super responsive to questions. Thanks, guys! -

I used Scrollability for years pre OSX and was very disappointed to not see it move ahead. I even tried to write Eden Sherry but couldn't locate him. MaxiMice more than picks up where Scrollability left off. Can't imagine browsing without it, and I love the window moving option as well. Easily woth $10 to me. -

there are two peices of software in OS X i can't live without. One of them is this program (the other is DesktopPictureCM). my only qualm with this software is the price. i do plan on buying it, but i wish it were cheaper. However, this is sucj excellent software that i will give it a 5 for price anyway. I highly recomend this software -
