"Instead ...Try Latest "KP Typing Tutor" Version 7.1 for 100% FREE ....."
Pros: Try "KP Typing Tutor" If you are looking for an EFFICIENT Typing Tutor.
Download the Latest KP Typing Tutor Version 7.1 for FREE from the Official Website and Hey Don't Forget to thank me (after you became a good keyboard user in few days).
Cons: - I Tried every other typing tutor available, they don't give you lessons based on your performance they are dumb programs, but "KP Typing Tutor Version 7.1 " repeats excercies based on the Errors you are making.
+ Also worth trying are "Stamina TT" and "Kiran TT"

Pros: This program does help you increase your tying speed.
Cons: It seems to be a program ment to help improve the typing ability of some who can already type at a decent rate. I feel it would absolutely frustrate anyone who is trying to learn who to type for the first time.

"Decent basic typing program."
Pros: This program offers a variety of good exercises for typing. It also has the extreme typing component, where you challenge the computer to a type off when you are good enough at it to do that.
Cons: It really does not teach a beginning user to type all that well. There are no starting basic lessons, so you would have to know how to type a little to use this program. The offerings are a little lean compared to some other free typing software out there. The interface is reminiscent of Windows 3.1, so it can be tricky trying to locate the test texts. It is not a bad piece of software, but I would try others with this, and not use it alone.

Pros: The main thing is that it is free. That is a big advantage. The program does have banner ads fro their other programs on the market but if you know what you want to do you can just bypass those ads. It's free again-what's better than free??!!
Cons: The banner ads may get annoying but other than that, nothing.

"Excellent freeware typing tutor"
Pros: + Possibility to type any TXT file
+ Nice interface
+ WOW! Extreme typing mode!
+ Detalied typing reports which can be printed as well
+ Several different keyboard layouts
Cons: A nice tool but without lessons because they are availble in MaxType PRO Typing tutor
