"It found commercial keylogger on client computers"

Pros
It did what it says. I had a client that suspected their IT director was monitoring computer activity without company approval and it found a commercial package installed on three employees' computers.
Cons
No list of known detectable loggers.
Summary
All I can say is it found commercial spyware on suspected computers and appears to have successfully removed it. Nothing else we used (all the typical spyware/virus programs) found anything.
