From Matt's Puzzle :

Matt's Puzzle is a version of the 15-Puzzle that will challenge you for hours. Use pictures or video files to play: open a JPEG picture or AVI video file with Matt's Puzzle and it will be scrambled it up for you to piece back together. Play using Internet pictures: search for pictures on the Internet and click to play them within Matt's Puzzle game. Make it easy or challenging: play in either swap piece or move piece mode, with a grid size from 3x3 to 15x15. Version 1.1 contains demo video file; more advanced options (video speed); changed internet portal content; general bug fixes.
