Version: Mario Forever 3.5
"Not worth downloading"
Pros: Havent even tried the game...just know that I WON'T ever install a game that ask to me install a Toolbar that tracks my internet searches!!!

RX toolbar is a toolbar for Internet Explorer that comes bundled with Kazaa. It has been labled spyware by many antispyware products. It tracks your browsing habits to display related links depending on what websites you visit.

The game, Mario Forever 3.5, is included in some of the utilities downloaded on p2p software. The game is free for the above listed website.
At this time, unable to determine that spyware is included. Website reports that it does not contain spyware.
The company website does discuss the company openness to accept new programmers and new ideas/art.
However, many game players of this game say it is even better then the original Mario games.
There are discussions that older versions have a memory problem and the newest version addresses this.
The game, Urbagility 2 has many downloads however no report of a tool bar or spyware has been made.
The Buziol website uses a CMS called php fusion. The layout Buziol uses is in fact an edited template, which he removed the copyright notice and claimed as his own.

There is a new update for this game Mario Forever 4.0 that reports it does not load a tool bar. No reviews or discussions on this new version as of yet and this page will be updated when it is discovered

Amen to THAT! And these foul people at Buziol Games don't even have the courtesy to mention this required toolbar in their description. Their website "says" they'll take out the requirement in MF4.0, but it hasn't appeared yet.
