The month view interface resembles the built-in Palm calendar program which makes Marathon very easy to use. For your convenience Marathon keeps track of all your fitness values in one place and additionally offers extensive graphics, statistical data summary, and various other calculations based on your data.
The button in the bottom left corner displays a summary of your weekly distances to aid you in your training schedule.
You can tap on the month and year in the top right corner or use the arrow buttons to navigate through the year.
Marathon keeps track of your daily fitness values such as distance & time, heart rate (pulse) and weight. Based on these values Marathon calculates various other data such as speed (distance per time or time per distance) and Body Mass Index. Of course, you can also store some notes, perhaps to describe weather or track conditions or physical well-being.
