Version: Manga Studio EX 3
"Excellent Comic and Drawing Tool"
Pros: I am a new user but find this a great tool. Most of the interface is 'Photoshop-like" making it intuitive. Besides the comic/manga specific layout, text and texture tools I just find it produces great lines when I draw with my Wacom in it or scan in my line art to trace.
Cons: I'm still new, so maybe I missed it, but I would love if it could export as Illustrator or Flash files so I could do all my drawing in it.

"I recommend this for pro users"
Pros: It's a great, there are lots of tools to use
Cons: It's supporting only black & white. Little bit hard to control palette's in screen.

"Great Drawing and Inking Tool For Comic Book Artists"
Pros: Set up for pencils and inking of pencils.
You can scan in your "analog" sketches and work on them with the software.
Options to use different "textures" and to draw and fill your images with them...Cons: Not the easiest to learn and the tutorials are vague...
Can only colour in black and white...(though version 4.0 adds the colour option)Summary: Don't let the "Manga" title scare you! It isn't just for the Japanese style comic books.
