"Software saved my computers and a few others!"
Pros
I have a Sony. I called Sony to help with a problem on my computer. They came to cnet.com and downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. That was my first sign there was something out there I didn't know about. Since then I've purchased this for 2 laptops and my parents computer wouldn't work so I downloaded it to a CD and ran it on their computer now it works, they were blocked from using their computer. Needless to say they purchased it too! It finds stuff that ALL of my other software DID NOT!! It not only stops you from receiving malware but stops your computer from sending it out too!
Cons
I can't see any.
Summary
I also called customer support and purchased the 2-3 year, can't remember which add on. You can call them anytime and they will get on your computer and tweak it for you. It was a high price but at the time I was desperate. The software alone is well worth the price and then some. I definitely works!!!
