Pros
The product works quite well and is easy to use. Their support is excellent. I had the dreaded FBI malware. I was able to remove the malware but was not able to remove all traces. Their support staff, by email, walked me thru step by step in removing all traces so everything now works.
Cons
Does not always remove all traces and I had to run another free product, which their staff wlaked me thru. The instructions on the other product warned you not to use it or do anything with the results without instructions from an expert.
Summary
Although it took several days to remove all traces, my computer was working in a very short time. Their support staff is the best.
