Pros
The program sometimes works okay.
Cons
The program often freezes on one of my computers. The update to the latest version of Malwarebytes (on 4/9/12) disabled display of Internet pages in Windows XP, both with Firefox and Internet Explorer, on both of my computers. I had to do a system restore and take other steps to restore Internet functionality on each.
Summary
The program definitely has some bugs to be worked out.

As a pc tech of over 20 years, I have to tell you it is MUCH more likely your machine had serious problems. I've been using this product for years & strongly recommend it to my clients.
