"It works well."
Version: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.62
Pros
I am a volunteer tech for our computer club of over 1,600 members. I routinely install Malwarebytes, SUPERAntiSpyware and Spybot Search & Destroy on heavily infected computers. As a team they will generally clean the most heavily infected machine. I then run them in Safe Mode. I am amused and somewhat perplexed by the coments of those that have posted that they run two anti-virus programs. That's a no-no.
Cons
It does seem to be a bit slow, but on my own computer, I start it as I retire for the night.
Summary
Most will find that the last one to run will find the least number of infected files or none.

"Indispensable"
Version: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.62
Pros
Regular updates
File level scanning integrated with windows right-click menuCons
Can run a little long
-
"Too busy. Convoluted frontpage. Not compatible with AVG"
Version: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.62
Pros
Does not interfere behind the scene. Seems to be effective as I have had not problems, however, I still run AVG by not using portions of Malwarebytes.
Cons
Unfriendly
Summary
I keep it because I paid for it and it is not causing me harm. I still don't fully trust it.

"Reliable, powerful and fast"
Version: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.62
Pros
Catches every bug that you may have, it works non-intrusively and you can use the windows task scheduler to launch it.
Cons
It does not provide a realtime shield, the major cause for system slowdown in most antivirus suites. I suggest trying WinPatrol for a good compromise in that area, or stick to WinDefender.

"The program does what it promises without fanfare!"
Version: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.62
Pros
The first time I ran Malwarebytes it found three pieces of malware that Norton 360 had routinely missed for several weeks. I feel much more secure having Malwarebytes on the job for me as a backup to Norton.
Cons
After several weeks of use I have yet to find anything to complain about.

"Fantastic, just great"
Version: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.62
Pros
Easy to use, works great, price is right
Cons
nothing that comes to mind
-
"I like the "pro-active""
Version: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.62
Pros
Easy download, easy operation and update.
Cons
The price is a little much in my oponion.
Summary
I am running 2 malware and anti-virus programs on my PC now. I will have to make a choice. Because running more than 2 slows down the speed and preformance.

"For what it does it's top notch."
Version: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.62
Pros
Scans thoroughly and quickly.
Cons
No automatic scanning.
-
"It's o.k., but....."
Version: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.62
Pros
I'm afraid, not so much "pros" from me.
Cons
It does find a few things here and there, mostly harmless tracking cookies, but very few really serious malware software. If I run Advanced System Care or Super Anti-spyware immediately after it, they usually find a lot of stuff that Malwarebytes didn't find. This seems to be a consistent pattern, so even though I do have it installed on my computer, I don't rely on it for my primary protection.
Summary
Probably good to have, but there is better software available to do the job.

"Beware!Played havoc on my computer"
Version: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.62
Pros
Worked good for one month until they wanted me to buy it
Cons
I didn't buy the software. When I uninstalled it and restarted my computer it had changed 500%. Something is running constantly in the background, programs esp browsers take incredibly long time to open. I removed malwarebytes from my registry, that helped some. But I still haven't gotten my computer back to par. I think they should pay for my computer
Summary
Cnet and malwarebytes you owe me a new computer. I cannot restore my computer to the working condiition it was in before I installed malwarebytes.....beware the "free" stuff folks!
