"It's the best spyware removal tool there is !"
Pros: Scans quick, removes spyware that it finds, MalwareBytes updates frequently, which is a good thing !
Cons: Real-Time protection is a paying option. Only the on-demand scanner is freeware ...

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: Malwarebytes Database is really small can not detect nasties like the bigger anti-malware software can. You know the ones Webroot Anti-Spyware,Spy Emergency 2008,Spyware Doctor you get the picture.

Cons: Tacky interface.uses loads of CPU.
This has to be top of the list for false positives.132 false positives in all.I ran a scan with SuperAntispyware and ZoneAlarm Antispyware and found zero spyware! Make your own minds up.Not for me I am afraid.

Pros: No problems downloading.Very easy to use.Similar to Superantispyware.
I tried the pro version.If you want a run of the mill antispyware,then this will do to add to your arsenal.
Cons: Scan took 50 minutes.A bit too long for my liking.
The scan found nothing, not even a tracking cooking.It is still in beta though.

"Very good freeware for sure......"
Pros: I've read the reviews & agree with all but the one claiming Ad-Aware is better. This one doesn't detect cookies, just the real nasties. It updates often & in the quick scan, it's vary fast without false positives. It also has File Assassin built in.
Cons: This is a keeper for me as my #2 for a daily quick scan. No cons so far at all.
Summary: In most cases, you get what you pay for. In this case you get an excellent anti-malware app for free. Hard to beat that & I especially love that it doesn't detect cookies & has File Assassin built in under more tools. File Assassin is a great... read more
