Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: Malwarebytes Database is really small can not detect nasties like the bigger anti-malware software can. You know the ones Webroot Anti-Spyware,Spy Emergency 2008,Spyware Doctor you get the picture.

"Removed AntiSpyCheck system tray pop-up"
Pros: Somehow I was stupid enough to be tricked into installing the AntiSpyCheck program. I could get rid of everything except the annoying system tray item that would pop-up every few minutes. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware got rid of it. It did a great job for me.

Pros: We were infected with trogan that I couldn't get off. I downloaded many programs who made claim they could remove this annoyance, winspyware, incase your wondering. This program ran and removed more then one trogan and it was free!! I got my computer back and this program is staying on my computer incase I ever have this problem again!!!!
Cons: Slow, but worth the wait. Can't have everything, so the slowness is the cost of using a free program. No complaints!!

Pros: Some of the good things are really fast scans,a lot of updates that are easy to download,and the fact that it does not add a constantly running process in the task manager.
Ad-Aware,A-Squared free,both add a process,yet they have no real time function! (free versions)
The detection base I dont know. It does not detect TrojanSimulator.
When I sent a email to the developer he replied "With so much real malware out here,I dont have time to worry about the fake."
That was cute,and a big hit with the FanBoys,but the fact remains other apps find the time,and even though it has little meaning, folks like to test their systems.
Cons: There is no provision to exclude files from the scan.
You can run a "quick scan" however.
But if you have 10gigs of pictures that have been scanned 100 times,now its going to be 101 if you opt for complete.
