"Powerful Bulk Email Program"

Fast to set up, easy to use, reliable, opt-in/opt-out features.

Hard to embed graphics without a bit of HTML coding
Summary
I have been using the free version for about three years. It was a little frustrating at first, but this was because I was trying to learn it under a time crunch.
Once I had the time to sit down, and play with it, I loved it. I used the free version (100 people list) for several smaller marketing pieces and to send results of a campaign to another group.
Just upgraded to the paid version and I don't regret it. The hardest part about the free version was that I couldn't maintain more than one list at a time. Now, I'm unlimited.
Get it! Much cheaper than options like Constant Comment and you can design your own look or keep it completely minimalist! -

took way too much time and effort. It was really slow and took forever to set up a list. I couldn't get through it the 2nd time I tried and gave up because it was so slow.

Simple and intuitive to use. Features & function seem to be rock solid with a few exceptions. EASY to set up POP and SMTP servers.
Cons
Few oddities, like when editing a List member, the list reverts back to top of list when member is saved.
Summary
Pricing is good, usage is simple, and the software engineering seems to be very reliable. Solid product, one time purchase price, unlimited use beyond that. This new customer is happy.

I wished many times while learning the program that I could find online help somewhere. maybe I looked in all the wrong places, which would make me wonder why. I should be able to either intuitively know how to use it or find a tutorial immediately.
Summary
Great program if you have the time to learn how to use it on your own. I am thankful I do.

As my list grows over 100 I realized that I need the professional version now.

Limited to only 100 emails. This makes it utterly useless.
Summary
They lied to me. There are no limitations listed, or expressed anywhere. Once you've downloaded, and installed, and set the program up however, you will find that you can only add 100 contacts.
What is the point in a 'bulk' email program that is limited to 100 emails?
Utterly useless, and because of this company's dishonest marketing tactics, I would never consider buying the full version. -
