"Doesn't live up to its' promise"
Pros: Free and easy to use. Fairly accurate at identifying spam.
Cons: The main reason I wanted MailGuard was to utilize the bounce feature. It doesn't work. I had two friends send me an email, and selected the bounce option. Neither received the bounced email. One of the two also installed it with the same problem as me. I also tried SpamBully with similar results. MailWasher is the only one that worked for us!

"Not flashy - but has main feature: bouncing"
Pros: - easy to use

- has all features needed for getting rid of spam

"MG easily helps you eliminate spam before you download your email."
Pros: Lets you add friendly contacts very easily,
and the first time I used it, it found one spam email right away and highlighted it.
It allows you to set up multiple email accounts as well. Full featured, yet free.

"The most effective Spam Blocker I have used!"
Pros: I've tried all of them, even the "try then buy" blockers. Mail Guard is straightforward and effectively does the most important activity...bouncing spam back to the sender. This is the most effective way to get it to stop.
