Version: MailEnable Standard 1.8
"Not a single headache and it's free!!!"
Pros: The price.
That it barely has limitations for simple people use.
Cons: A web interface is missing, or at least a imap so we could use a 3rd party.
An auto upgrade wizard, so you don't have to check every month for upgrades.

Cons: it is always nice to have all the bells & whistles of paid programs, but this certainly does it for my home office.
